1. Janet Hsu CEO

    Janet Hsu serves as Saban Brands' Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, Hsu oversees the company's world-class portfolio of global entertainment and lifestyle properties and is instrumental in acquiring additional brands and building new intellectual properties.

    Prior to joining Saban Brands, Hsu served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sanrio, Inc., the global lifestyle brand best known for pop icon Hello Kitty. While at Sanrio, Hsu achieved unprecedented success in growing Sanrio across multiple channels and strategically reinvigorating the company's direction. Hsu helped transform and modernize Sanrio with innovative marketing strategies. She also led the company's expansion and diversification of new retail, licensing and entertainment partnerships.

    Prior to Sanrio, Hsu served as SVP of Consumer Products, Strategic Business Units and Product Development at MGA Entertainment. Hsu also held executive positions at Mattel Inc., Lord & Taylor and Bloomingdale's, among others.

    Hsu earned a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College.

  2. William Kehoe CFO

    William Kehoe serves as our Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversees operations, finance, accounting, human resources and IT functions across Saban Brands, including its television and movie production entities.

    Prior to joining Saban Brands, William served as COO and CFO of The Beanstalk Group, LLC, an Omnicom Group, Inc. agency. During his ten years with Beanstalk, he oversaw the development and implementation of the agency's strategic direction as well as operations for all departments, offices and committees within the organization. In addition, he led or participated in ten acquisitions, divestitures and related transactions. He also assisted in the restructuring of the company's U.K.-based subsidiary by handling all European licensing operations and led the formation of a Hong Kong-based subsidiary to handle all Pan-Asian licensing.

    After earning a BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, William began his career as a CPA with Plante & Moran.

  3. Brian Casentini Executive Producer, Power Rangers

    Brian Casentini serves as our Executive Producer, Power Rangers. In this role, Casentini manages all creative for Saban's Power Rangers brand, serving as a producer on the upcoming live action feature film franchise in partnership with Lionsgate and as an executive producer of the iconic television series, which airs on Nickelodeon in the US and other top networks worldwide. Prior to this enhanced and focused role, he served as SVP, Development and Production for Saban Brands.

    Prior to Saban Brands, Brian developed and supervised the production of hundreds of hours of innovative television programming for over a decade while working at ABC Family, Nickelodeon, Fox Family Channel, Fox Broadcasting Network, and Walt Disney Television Animation. He served as head of the Alternative Programming department at ABC Family and he oversaw production of all original live action and animated programming for Fox Family's daytime cable schedule as well as Fox Kids' Saturday Morning and weekday broadcast schedule. Brian also oversaw production of Nickelodeon's Emmy-winning Fanboy & Chum Chum and the second season of The Mighty B! starring Amy Poehler.

    Brian began his career as a Development Associate at Walt Disney TV Animation after earning a BS in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley and a JD/MBA from Santa Clara University.

  4. Rich Magallanes SVP Development and Production

    Rich Magallanes serves as our Senior Vice President of Development and Production. In this role, Magallanes drives content development and production for Saban Brands' television and entertainment properties, including Popples, Cirque du Soleil-Luna Petunia and Emojiville, among others. In addition, Magallanes helps develop creative projects, forge new production partnerships and identify potential content acquisitions.

    Before joining Saban Brands, Rich served as Senior Vice President of Current Series and Production at Nickelodeon. He oversaw production of all animated series including SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents, Sanjay and Craig and Breadwinners, among many others. He co-developed the highly successful Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Tuff Puppy, and was also integral in the DreamWorks partnership for Penguins of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and Monsters vs. Aliens.

    In 2013, while at Nickelodeon, Rich was recognized by The Imagen Foundation as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Latinos in Entertainment. Along with managing both animation and live-action production, Rich oversaw Nickelodeon's outreach efforts and the Writing and Artist Programs, which developed a pipeline to cultivate creative and innovative new talent.

    Rich earned a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University. He began his career as a radio news reporter and also worked on the production of several motion pictures and independent films.

  5. Frederic Soulie SVP Global Distribution

    Frederic Soulie serves as our Senior Vice President of Global Distribution. In this role, he is responsible for the licensing strategy of the Home Video, Online Video, Video Games and Software categories. A seasoned industry veteran, he leads an ongoing, collaborative effort with members of our digital, licensing and international teams.

    Before joining Saban Brands, Frederic oversaw digital distribution and business development for Endemol USA. As the largest independent television production company in the world, Endemol created Deal or No Deal, Big Brother and Wipeout. Previously, Frederic was VP of Business Development for Digital Media at DIC Entertainment/Cookie Jar Entertainment. There he was instrumental in supplying top electronic retailers with one of the largest children's programming libraries: 6,000+ episodes of hit series, including Inspector Gadget, Super Mario Bros, Madeline and Johnny Test. Before joining DIC Entertainment, Soulie was a member of the executive team at Intermix Media, Inc., the publicly traded parent company of MySpace. In this capacity, he was actively involved in the company's mergers and acquisitions and also managed successful online properties.

    Frederic received his MBA from Pepperdine University in California and a Masters in International Business from Montpellier Business School in France.

  6. Kirk Bloomgarden SVP Global Business Development

    Kirk Bloomgarden serves as our Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Products. In this role, he spearheads the global expansion of the licensing programs for all of Saban Brands' properties and is responsible for driving the strategic plans with licensees, retailers, broadcasters and agencies worldwide.

    Prior to joining Saban Brands in 2010, Kirk served as EVP, Worldwide Consumer Products & Marketing at Cookie Jar, a position he held from 2008 when he relocated from London to Los Angeles. A 15-year veteran at CPLG in London, he started as a Sales and Marketing Director then took over as CEO in 2000. He led their management buy-out in 2001, followed by the sale to DIC Entertainment in 2006. Under his management, CPLG grew into a full-service, pan-European licensing agency. Their successes included global brands such as Shrek, Spider-Man, Strawberry Shortcake, Peanuts and The Simpsons.

    Kirk earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

  7. Gustavo Antonioni Managing Director, Consumer Products EMEA

    Gustavo Antonioni serves as our Managing Director of Consumer Products in Europe, the Middle East & Asia. In this role, he oversees the development, marketing, sales and promotion of Saban Brands' across this wide global forum.

    Before joining Saban, Gustavo was an executive at EMI Music, LTD in London where he oversaw product development and promotions for non-traditional retail. Prior to that, he served as Head of the UK division of Marvel Entertainment, where he was responsible for all sales, marketing, promotion and retail operations. He also worked at Sony Pictures and Disney, generating multi-studio licensed product expertise that includes Spider-Man, Iron Man, Harry Potter, Superman, Batman, Lion King, Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse.

    While working at Silvergate Media, Gustavo brokered the global GAP direct-to-retail deal featuring Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit. He also directed the retail launch of Spider-Man 3, which saw 23 programs around the world, including UK Woolworths' largest ever movie promotion. While at Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Gustavo oversaw the execution of 34 promotions in 11 countries that achieved a combined total retail value of $900 million in less than 9 months.

    Gustavo earned a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with a concentration in International Management and Marketing from the University of Miami. He began his career as a retail planner & buyer for Burdine's/Macy's.

  8. Jennifer Wexler SVP Marketing

    Jennifer Wexler serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Saban Brands. In this role, she oversees the global marketing strategies and brand campaigns for the company's full portfolio of entertainment and lifestyle properties.

    Prior to taking on this role, Jennifer served as a consultant for Saban Brands' Lifestyle Group (SBLG), working out of the company's New York office. Other notable clients of her Wexler Consulting Group included American Express, Hewlett Packard and Libertine. Before her consulting career, Jennifer served as VP of Marketing at Iconix Brand Group and was VP Marketing and PR at Haute Hippie.

    Jennifer earned a BS, Communications and Mass Marketing from New York University.

  9. Tori Cook SVP, Global Retail Business Development

    Tori Cook serves as Senior Vice President of Global Retail Business Development for Saban Brands. In this role, Tori leads the company's global retail team and develops relationships and programs with retailers around the world. She spearheads retail efforts across all product categories for Saban Brands' full slate of entertainment and lifestyle properties.

    Prior to joining Saban Brands, Cook served as VP, Retail Business Development at Sanrio, Inc. Before that, Tori held various retail development and marketing positions at 20th Century Fox, New Line Cinema and Sears Holdings Corporation.

    Tori earned a BS in Business Administration and Mathematics from Monmouth College.

  10. Marcy George VP, Global Consumer Products

    Marcy George serves as Vice President of Global Consumer Products for Saban Brands. In this role, Marcy develops and executes the company's unified worldwide licensing strategy across Saban Brands' entertainment properties and works closely with Dan Castle to support the lifestyle portfolio. Marcy also leads the Licensing Sales, Product

    Development and Consumer Products Creative teams.

    Before joining Saban Brands, Marcy founded and served as CEO of David & Goliath Licensing. She also served as VP of Licensing and Global Sales and Brand Management for MGA Entertainment and also held licensing positions with notable companies, including Lucky Brand and Liz Claiborne, Inc.

    Marcy earned a BA in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Western Michigan University.

  11. Leila Ouledcheikh VP, Distribution EMEA

    Leila Ouledcheikh serves as our Vice President of Distribution, EMEA. In this role she leads television distribution for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working from Saban Brands' London office, Ouledcheikh strategizes with the Global Distribution executive team to support the expansion of Saban television properties.

    Prior to joining Saban, Leila operated her own consultancy, using her solid executive experience in the children's television industry. Co-founder of the distribution company, Headway Media & LOK Media Ltd, she also held senior positions at London-based Cake Entertainment and Entertainment Rights, where she managed popular properties, including: Transformers, Barbie and Total Drama Island.

    Leila received a BA (Hons) International Business degree from Buckinghamshire University and studied International Law in Holland. She began her career at HIT Entertainment, working on the iconic children's shows: Bob the Builder, Barney and Thomas the Tank Engine.

  12. David Zolot SVP Corporate Development, Lifestyle Group

    David Zolot serves as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for the Saban Brands Lifestyle Group in New York. In this role, he oversees brand acquisitions and leads corporate finance initiatives.

    Before joining Saban Brands, David was an experienced and successful corporate development and finance executive. Most recently, he was Vice President of Strategic Development at the brand management firm Iconix Brand Group (NASDAQ: ICON) where he successfully completed numerous strategic acquisitions, minority investments, and financing transactions.

    Prior to Iconix, David was an Associate Director at Peter J. Solomon, a preeminent private investment banking firm focused on the apparel, retail and consumer products industries. There he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and capital structure transactions. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Undergraduate Business School.

  13. Scott Rosenbaum SVP Business and Legal Affairs

    Scott Rosenbaum serves as Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Saban Brands. In this role, Scott manages and oversees the company's legal department across all areas, including entertainment and media, marketing, acquisitions, licensing and merchandising, and intellectual property.

    Prior to joining Saban Brands, Scott spent over fifteen years at Mattel, Inc., a tenure that took him to the title of Expert Counsel. While there, he oversaw the company's business and legal affairs across North America, as well as global consumer product licensing programs and several other key initiatives. Prior to his work at Mattel, Scott spent two years at a Los Angeles law firm specializing in intellectual property.

    Scott earned his BA in Economics from Middlebury College, his MBA from UCLA, and his JD from Harvard Law School.
